CENTER FOR STUDENT ASSISTANCE
- Introduction:
The Center for Student Assistance was established in 2011, formerly known as the Tourist Service Center. It was renamed to the Tourist Guide Center in 2015. In 2017, in order to adapt to the development of the University, the Center was transferred to the Center for Student Assistance with more suitable functions and missions according to the Decision No. 2037/QD-DHSG dated August 24th, 2017.
- Functions and duties:
– Advising and organizing activities related to the operation of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Student Association, and the Student movements to ensure the goals and orientation of the Party Committee and the University Management Board .
– Informing, guiding and supporting services relating to students’ life and study; advising the University Management Board on other issues relating to these fields.
– Organizing field trip activities for students of all majors.
– Organizing activities to support education, training, culture and tourism activities; developing tourism, restaurant and hotel operation expertise; attracting and facilitating the participation of internal and external organizations and individuals in tourist and cultural activities; carrying out other duties assigned by the University.
– Consulting and supporting students for startup businesses.
